Refund Policy – Misfortune Studios



At Misfortune Studios, every piece is produced with care and intention. Because of the limited nature of our drops and the effort behind each release, all sales are final.


We only offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:



1. 

Defective Items



If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and either offer a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.



2. 

Shipping Delays or Non-Delivery



If your order hasn’t arrived within 21 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), and tracking shows no movement, please reach out to us at [insert your email/contact form link]. We’ll investigate with the carrier and resolve the situation accordingly.





Please Note:



  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for wrong sizing, accidental orders, or buyer’s remorse.
  • Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • If your item is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local carrier first before reaching out.
